About us

What do we do?

We started in 2020 after we noticed persistent pricing inefficiencies in some derivatives markets. We noticed that some derivatives markets have an unexpectedly constrained supply of contracts and that trading these contracts would be profitable.

Our work began small, with trades placed based on a spreadsheet calculator. After finding success with this strategy, we were able to develop this into our first software prototype. Initially, it worked on just one market.

Since then, we've continuously improved our software, expanding the markets it works on as well as adding risk assessment models. We try not only to determine the best markets but also optimal capital allocation, and hopefully do it better than anyone else.

We've found success in analysing and eliminating pricing inefficiencies between traditional spot and derivative markets, emerging exchanges, and cutting-edge derivatives. Our business is a somewhat eclectic mix of market making and arbitrage. The variety of public markets we operate on allows us to dramatically lower our cost basis which enables us to quote some of the sharpest rates in the industry.

Our strength as a small firm is being able to provide liquidity to derivatives markets most players would not touch.

We operate with our own capital and at this stage have not yet accepted outside investment. We have been registered in Estonia as Cottage Fund OÜ (16482633) since 18.04.2022.
